Returns
If you receive:
- incorrect items,
- damaged goods,
- defective products,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be returned:
- unused,
- in original packaging,
- in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and devotional reasons, the following may not be returnable:
- opened devotional items,
- blessed items,
- downloadable products,
- customised products.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Exchanges
We may replace defective or damaged items where stock is available.
